Agreement

By creating an account or using this MiroTalk CLOUD deployment, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service operator

MiroTalk CLOUD is self-hostable software. These terms apply between you and the person or organization operating this deployment. The operator is responsible for the service it provides, including support, data handling, pricing, and any additional terms it publishes. This deployment identifies its operator as MiroTalk CLOUD deployment operator, reachable at miroslav.pejic.85@gmail.com.

Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. Minors may use the service only when permitted by applicable law and with any consent required from a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• Break applicable laws or infringe another person's rights.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, or impersonate others.
• Distribute malware, spam, or content you are not authorized to share.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the service's security or access controls.

Meetings and content

You are responsible for your meetings, invitations, recordings, and content. Obtain any consent required before recording or sharing personal information, and ensure participants know when a meeting is being recorded. Meetings may be provided through separately configured communication services, whose availability, data handling, and additional terms may also apply.

Paid services

When paid plans are enabled, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are presented at checkout. Payments are processed by the configured payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated by the operator.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or be suspended for maintenance or security. The operator may update these terms. Updates will be posted on this page and may also be announced through the official community forum. The version shown above will be revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

The operator may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, the service is at risk, payment is overdue, or operation is discontinued. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion from the operator.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Governing law and contact
